Yupik artist Margaret Iquyuilnguq Abraham-Stiefel created this wonderful doll engaged in the traditional activity of fishing. The man wears a cotton kuspuk, a familiar article of clothing worn by Alaskan Natives and carries his catch of the day made of fish skin. The face and hands are carved of cottonwood.
